YEAR 11 & 12 WORKSHOP Skills for HSC & life after school
Sunday 29 March • 2pm – 5pm
Senior school isn’t only where students are challenged academically, it requires regulation, organisation and balance.
Strong Foundations is a 3-hour practical workshop designed specifically for Year 11 & 12 students navigating the pressures of senior school.
The senior years are full.
Students are balancing:
Academic expectations
Friendships and social dynamics
Sport and co-curricular commitments
Decisions about life after school
Constant digital stimulation
Many young people are capable and motivated. What they often haven’t been taught are the practical tools to manage their energy, regulate stress, and support themselves well through it all.
This workshop is about building those foundations — calmly, practically and in a way that feels manageable.

Students will:
Audit their phone setup
Remove distractions
Turn tech into a support system
Learn time blocking
Reduce decision fatigue
Build a weekly academic rhythm
This is about autonomy.
Not dependence.

With systems they can actually use
