A bit about me…

I’m passionate about supporting teens, young adults, and their families to navigate the pressures of school, life, and the modern world. As a parent of two teens, I have walked alongside one through mental health challenges and periods of school disengagement, gaining firsthand insight into the pressures young people face, and how practical tools and life skills can make a real difference.

With a background in teaching, sports coaching, whole-foods, holistic wellness, and mindfulness practices, I bring a practical, grounded approach to my work. I specialise in helping young people build emotional, mental, and physical resilience, confidence, and balance, while equipping them with practical tools to take ownership of their wellbeing and navigate life with clarity and self-awareness.

My mission is simple: to provide practical, actionable strategies that empower teens and young adults to thrive, develop self-confidence, and create lasting positive change.
